Overview:
The M Series centrifugal suction device represents a new generation of automatic discharge systems, specifically designed for use in dental offices and clinics. Utilizing advanced centrifugal technology, this device ensures powerful, continuous, and hygienic operation without the need for water consumption or manual drainage.
The Nafis Faraz automatic central electric suction devices are specially engineered for dental applications, providing professional and sanitary saliva suction for general procedures, surgeries, and implants. By completely eliminating water usage in the suction system, these devices offer significant water resource savings and deliver suction power far superior to conventional air or water-based systems. Additionally, they eliminate the need for reservoirs, thereby preventing contamination within the device.
Unique Features:
✔️ Fully Automatic Centrifugal Discharge:
An intelligent automatic discharge process that requires no operator intervention, ensuring fast and effortless operation.
✔️ Air Separator System Without Reservoir:
Direct simultaneous air separation without the need for a storage tank, enhancing hygiene and reducing space requirements.
✔️ Elimination of Mechanical Sensors, Reservoir and Discharge Pump:
Removal of components prone to failure and malfunction, resulting in increased reliability and reduced maintenance costs.
✔️ Amalgam Filter Compliant with Environmental and Health Standards:
Effective environmental protection and prevention of wastewater contamination through the use of an advanced filter.
✔️ Exclusive Removable Cartridge:
Enables quick and easy cartridge replacement without complex repairs—a unique feature of this device series.
✔️ Modular Design with High Repairability:
Allows individual defective parts to be replaced without replacing the entire device, significantly lowering repair and maintenance expenses.
✔️ Water-Free Operation and Significant Electricity Savings:
An eco-friendly design that eliminates water consumption while optimizing power usage, substantially reducing operational costs.
✔️ Continuous and Powerful Performance:
Ideal for busy dental offices and clinics with high throughput and long duration operation capabilities.
✔️ Direct Discharge of Contaminated Air Outdoors:
Enhances clinic hygiene and improves safety for staff and patients by effectively removing contaminated air.
✔️ Significant Water Savings:
Eliminates the use of 6 to 8 liters of water per minute, reducing daily water consumption by approximately 1,200 liters per dental unit when a water suction mechanism is used.
✔️ Equipped with a System to Prevent Saliva Backflow into the Patient’s Mouth:
Increases patient safety and comfort by preventing saliva reflux and reducing potential risks during procedures.
✔️ Parallel Operation Capability for 1 to 50 Units, Upgradable to 400 Units:
Designed to accommodate small to very large clinics, with scalability options to expand without needing a system replacement.
Safety Valve System:
Another key advantage of the Nafis Faraz Mandegar central electric suction device is the inclusion of a safety valve. This valve is installed within the piping system and automatically activates in the event of a blockage or obstruction, preventing damage to the motor and other device components.
The valve is preset to a semi-open position and can be adjusted and calibrated by the company’s technical technicians.
This feature contributes to extending the device’s lifespan and reducing repair costs.

Smart & Automatic Operation:
When the suction hose is placed in its designated stand, the device automatically shuts off after 20 seconds to prevent energy waste and unnecessary operation. This delay ensures that any remaining fluids in the suction lines are fully drained.
In setups with multiple dental units operating simultaneously, the suction system responds to the last active microswitch, ensuring synchronized activation and shutdown across units.
Optimal Operating Conditions:
The device is designed to operate safely and reliably within a temperature range of 10°C to 55°C.
It is resistant to ambient humidity; however, for optimal performance and extended lifespan, it is recommended that the relative humidity remain below 80%.
Unit Flushing & Pipeline Hygiene Maintenance:
In addition to internal cleaning of the device, to prevent the formation of biofilms and mineral deposits inside the suction lines, it is strongly recommended to perform the following at the end of each work shift:
- Dilute 10 cc of Peroxymed solution in a cup of water
- Suction the mixture through the unit to flush the internal lines
This simple yet essential step helps:
- Eliminate bacteria and biofilms
- Prevent unpleasant odors caused by buildup of contaminants
- Extend the lifespan of the suction system and associated equipment
For optimal performance and durability of the system, daily cleaning of the internal chamber and suction pathways is advised. This process should be carried out at the end of each work shift using Peroxymed.
